At ACLC, we provide a nurturing and structured environment that supports the unique needs of every child. Our class structure is designed to encourage socialization, exploration, and individualized attention, ensuring that each child receives the best possible start to their educational journey.
Infant Room
6 weeks - 12 months old: $140/week

Concentrates on early socialization, sensory exploration, and foundational motor skills for infants.

Activities involve soothing music, gentle movement, tactile exploration, and simple routines to foster a sense of independence.
Enrollment Application
A $50 registration fee is required per child.
Every September 1st
We will ask you to complete a new application to keep information current.

Payment
At ACLC, we strive to make the enrollment process smooth and transparent for all families. Below, you will find the eligibility requirements, required documents, and important policies related to admissions.
Pay Weekly Fees

Fees are due every Monday at a flat rate.

If you get paid on a schedule other than weekly, please inform the director so arrangements can be made.

If you child is absent due to illness, please notify the center and bring a doctor's excuse when they return.
Keep Co-Payment Current

Co-payments are due by the 10th of each month and must always be kept current.

Please keep at least three recent check stubs on hand so we can quickly provide required information if requested.
Follow Late Fee Guidelines

Weekly fees not paid by Monday will incur a $20 late fee, due the following day for your child to continue at ACLC.

Co-payments not paid by the 10th of the month will incur a $25 late fee.
Toddler Class
1 year old: $135/week
2 year old: $130/week

Preschool Class
3 years old: $125/week
4-5 years old: $120/week
Preschool before and after or part-time: $75/week

School Age
5-12 years old: $120/week
Before/after school: $75/week

Special Needs
0-12 years old: $175/week

Before and After Care
ACLC offers before and after school care services for school-aged children. Parents have the convenience of dropping off their children in the morning and picking them up in the afternoon. We provide transportation for children to public schools and Head Start programs. An afternoon snack is available for the children, and a staff member can assist with homework upon request. Please be aware that staff will not go through the child's backpack.
